FTEC offers services and support for specific sectors that requires maintenance. FTEC maintains its
existing IT infrastructure and provides technical services for a maintenance fee from its customer.
For instance, the contracts would cover maintenance and services for servers, personal computers and
computer peripherals and other equipment.
FTEC has a team specialized in server maintenance and plans to offer a bundling package that includes
hardware and maintenance services under a single contract.
1.
One (1) Year Unlimited Support
- Unlimited support for existing IT infrastructure.
2.
Service Response Time
- Service Response Time will be at as fast as possible or at latest, 4 hours upon request.
3.
A pre-determine experienced and qualified engineer will be provided
- The particular engineer will serve the Company IT needs during entire period of the contract to promote better working relationship.
- In the event if the engineer is tied up, on leave or resigned, another pre-determine engineer will continue to serve the Company.
4.
Working hour will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- In the event if there is request on public holiday, Saturday & Sunday or during off office hours a fees of at RM180 per hour will be charge.
5.
This maintenance contract does not cover hardware warranty
- In the event if there is any hardware failure, FTEC Network (MSC) Sdn Bhd will help to claim warranty from the principal on behave of the Company.
6.
Project
- In the event if there is any new IT requirements in the future (which are not part of existing IT infrastructure), it will be classified as project.
- Project charges will vary depending on its nature of requirement and shall be bill separately from maintenance contract.
7.
Services Supported
- Please refer to support list to view the products, IT applications and software that are supported.
- In the event if problem still persists, FTEC Network (MSC) Sdn Bhd will refer to the particular product principal for solution not exceeding five (5) business days starting from date of request being logged.
- FTEC Network (MSC) Sdn Bhd will help to provide IT consultation and help for customized software and application (that are not in the support list) but however, there is no guarantee from FTEC Network (MSC) Sdn Bhd.
