FTEC Resources Berhad is a Public Listed Company, listed on the Mesdaq Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The principal activities of the Group consist of manufacturing, marketing and distribution of computer & IT systems, R&D of application software and server appliances, development of on-line computer games academy, management of internet cafes and surveillance security systems.

Retail Branch Manager (Based in KL)
Requirements:
 
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Management/IT or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of working experience in retail/merchandizing management.
  • Experience in IT/electrical product is an added advantage.
  • To plan, supervise and control all activities in retail outlet and ensure everything are smooth & efficient. Well organization and analytical skills.
  • To optimize the utilization of labor & resources to meet company objective in terms of volume, cost and QC. Self motivated.
    Purchasing Supervisor
    (Based in KL)
    Requirements:
     
  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience preferably in purchasing department.
  • Coordinate daily purchasing activities and material delivery status.
  • Able to source and negotiate good price in order to obtain cost reduction.
  • Sensitive to observe related product knowledge and market rate.
    Retail Sales Supervisor
    (Based in KL)
    Requirements:
     
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Management/IT or equivalent.
  • Preferably min 2 years working experience in retail merchandizing.
  • Well organization and retail management skills.
  • Supervise the team to achieve retail requirement and objective in terms of sales target and satisfactory customer service.
    Customer Service Supervisor
    (Based in KL)
    Requirements:
     
  • Diploma in Business/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to supervise a team to provide quality customer service to meet customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

  • Able to generate sales profit, maintain and open new sales channels.
  • Able to work independent, self-motivated, posses own transport and willing to travel.
    Admin & Sales Coordinators
    (Based in KL)
    Requirements:
     
  • Diploma/Certificate in Business/Management/Marketing/IT or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1 year working experience, however trainning wil be provided.
  • PC literate and proficient in Micorosoft Office.

    Marketing Manager

    Requirements:

  • Preferably with 5 years of working experience in retail and promotion activities.

  • To provide strategize ideas in Products Marketing & Promotions. Plan & organize marketing road shows, promotions, launching events.

    Requirements:

  • Able to interact effectively with every level of people and presentable with good personalities.
  • Posses high analytical ability in ICT market, customer trade, product flow and costing.
    Merchandizer / Marketing Executives

    Requirements:
     
  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin/Marketing/IT or equivalent.
  • Preferably posses with 2 years working experience in organizing road show and promotions events in service retail outlets.

    Requirements:
     
  • Degree/Diploma in related fields.
  • Previous marketing work experience is an advantage.

  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

    Requirements:
     
  • Diploma/Cetificate qualification.
  • At least 1 year working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
    Senior Human Resource Manager
    (Based in PJ)
    Requirements:
     
  • Degree/Diploma in Business/Management/Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Min 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management and Administration.
  • Familiar with Labour Laws, Government Authorities and Legal Implication.
  • Good interpersonal skills, professionalism and tactful.
  • Ability in managing, implementing and developing full spectrum of HR functions & good in training and motivation role.

  • Min 1 - 2 years relevant working experience in repairing & configuring, troubleshooting & solution is an added advantage.
  • Obtained esperience in RMA process such as liaison with local/external suppliers for warranty claims is added advantage.
  • Good working attitude, independent and willing to travel as and required.

    Requirements:
     
  • ACCA / Degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualifications.
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience and able to handling full set of accounts.
  • Preferably posses experience in handling Retail/Merchandiser’s accounts & practices.
  • Independent to work in minimum supervision, reliable and adapts to tight deadlines.

    Requirements:
     
  • Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Business Studies or equivalent.
