Gen (R) Tan Sri Yaacob bin Mat Zain is currently the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of FTEC Resources Berhad. He is a graduate from the Royal
Military Academy Sandhurst, United Kingdom. He obtained his education from the Command & Staff College (Australia), the
US Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, Senior Defence Management College (USA), Royal College of Defence Studies (UK),
and the Advance Management Programme from the Harvard Business School.
Tan Sri Yaacob was the Chief of Defence Staff, Malaysian Armed Forces, and had served the ministry for 39 years prior to
his retirement in June 1993. Among the principal appointments held by him whilst in the service included that of the
Divisional Commander, Director of Military Intelligence, Deputy Chief and subsequently Chief of Army.
Presently, Tan Sri Yaacob serves as a director of several public listed companies and various private limited companies.
He is the Chairman of Affin Merchant Bank Berhad and also a board member of the Rating Agency Malaysia and the Equine
Council Malaysia.
For his commendable services in the armed forces, Tan Sri Yaacob was conferred the Panglima Gagah Angkatan Tentera, Panglima
Mangku Negara, Panglima Setia Mahkota, Seri Paduka Kesatria Mahkota Kelantan, Sri Pahlawan Taming Sari and Dato’ Setia Diraja
Kedah.

Mr Lee Jyh Kiong is currently an Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. He joined FTEC Group as a
Chief Financial Officer since November 2005. He is a member of Australian Society of CPAs and a member
of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993 and
was promoted to the position of Audit Assistant Manager before leaving in 1997. He then joined Timberwell
Berhad as the Group Financial Controller until 2005.

Encik Ismail Bin Ahmad is currently an Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. He graduated with a LLB (Hons)
Degree from University of Wolverhampton, Masters Degree of Law from University of London, Masters Degree in Business
Management from AIM, Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice from UIA, Diploma in Management Science as well
as Certificate of Legal Practice.
Encik Ismail was attached with the Malaysian Army for 15 years and has attended courses both locally and in overseas.
He joined Pernama, a retail and wholesale company and remained there for 17 years. His last position in Pernama was
Deputy General Manager before he left in 1999. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Odasaja Sdn Bhd in its formative
year and later became the Group Executive Director of the same. He left Odasaja Sdn Bhd in December 2002. He is
currently also the Managing Director of Southport Freight and Services Sdn Bhd.

B K Tang is the Managing Director of FRB Group. He was appointed to the Board on 4th October, 2007. Mr. Tang
graduated from a local institute with a Diploma in Electronics and Electrical Engineering and was an experienced all
rounder from technical to management that he gathered from various field from the very basic of technical know-how,
manufacturing to distribution and trading.
Prior to his appointment as the MD of FTEC Group he was the Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of
FTEC Communications Sdn Bhd (herein referred to as FCSB), one of FTEC's subsidiary company specializing in providing
telecommunications services and solutions. During his involvement at FCSB, he is also actively involved in the
Research & Development (R&D) of telephony solution and services.
Mr. Tang started his career in 1991 as a Service Engineer with NCR (M) Sdn Bhd and was later attached to AT&T GIS
Malaysia, a company active in I.T and Networking installation, servicing and maintenance. In 1995, Mr. Tang joined
Universal Instruments Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd as a Sales Engineer where he is responsible for the Sales & Marketing
of PCB Assembly Equipments which also involve the process planning for Auto-Insertion and Surface Mount Technology.
In 1999, Mr.Tang assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director's role in a local IT distribution
company, leading the company to grow into a RM60 million revenue company. In 2006, he was engaged as the Senior Vice
President with AIC Display Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AIC Corporations Berhad. In early 2007, Mr. Tang was appointed
as the North Asia Regional Director of Nucleus Electronics (HK) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-listed
Nucleus Electronics Ltd before assuming his present role in the FRB Group.

Mr Pow Kim Guan is currently an Independent and Non-Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. Upon completion of his
secondary education, he pursued a career in the Royal Malaysian Police. In 1968, he joined the Royal Malaysian Police and
moved up the rank through out the years serving both West and East Malaysia. He had served the Royal Malaysian Police for
31 years and the last position held by him prior to his retirement in 1997 was Deputy Superintendent of Police.

Mr Chieng Siong Kuong is currently an Independent and Non-Executive Director of FTEC Resources Berhad. He graduated from Kolej
Tunku Abdul Rahman in 1999 with a Diploma in Financial Accounting and Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting. He is an Associate
Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). Upon graduating, Mr Chieng started his career with H Law & Co.
as an audit assistant. In 2003, he left H Law & Co. to join HL Thong & Associates as an auditor.
